If you declare a math / science / engineering major, EA is not so important. I know a guy who was admitted Berkeley, not even a year of community service. I also know that my friend is the middle grades and SAT is not as good, but was admitted to UCLA, because he knows 4 languages and major in international relations. colleges want to see in depth rather than width, are either junior or sophomore? It is difficult to maintain good quality with all these activities, if u have a tough schedule (APS and honors).
